EPO Tuff ES 83

High solids 2 part epoxy anti slip coating.
Excellent resistance to weather, moisture, sunlight, chemical spills.
Tough dry in 2 hours Fast curing. Available in Clear and various colours.

Vulcan UV High Profile Anti Slip

Single component solvent slip resistant formulation.
Non chlorinated rubber resin coating for use on new or old concrete.
Resistant to weather, abrasion and mild chemicals.
A variety of colours available. For use on Concrete, Stone, Steel & Wood.
Ideal for: Steps, Pool/Shower Areas, Pedestrian Walkways, Barefoot and Recreational Traffic Areas. Loading Areas, Wheel Chair Ramps.

AQUA TUFF

A water bourne 2 part Epoxy system with Fine, Medium or Course encapsulated grit that is formulated to coat interior concrete with a chemical and abrasive resistant coating that is low in odour and easy to clean.
Provides superior resistance to Abrasion, Forklifts, Scuffing and Chemicals including Oil, Grease, Hydraulic Fluids, Solvents, moderate Acids & Alkalis.
Available in High Gloss and various colours.

SAFE DECK

A hard wearing breathable 3 part Acrylic system consisting of Primer.
Basecoat and Colour Finish.
Dries in 3-5 hours between coats.
Colours: Slate Grey, Brown, Green, Brown and Charcoal Grey.
Ideal for Wooden Balconies, Steps and Decking.

Anti Slip Bath Treatments

Greatly reduces the chances of Slip Injuries in bathtubs and shower areas by increasing the slip resistance (coefficient of friction) on wet Porcelain and Enamel bathtubs.
The treatment is simply applied to the base of the bath. The surface is kept wet with the treatment, then rinsed away with clean, cold water.

Features

A water based, low odour, colourless liquid.
Increases the coefficient of friction when wet.
Does not alter the appearance of the bath surface.
Dissolves controlled amounts of Silica so as to create thousands of minute indentations (invisible tread) on the surface of the bath.
Profile sits below the level of the bath surface.
It not a coating that can wear and requires repeated re-application.
Can also be used on Ceramic, Granite and selected Marble Bathrooms/Showers.

Anti Slip Treatments for Stone and Mineral Based Surfaces

How does it work:
All stone and mineral based surfaces contain small amounts of Silica.
These treatments cause a chemical reaction with the surface to dissolve a controlled amount of the silica so as to create thousands of minute, shallow indentations in the surface creating a semi permanent invisible tread. This profile is so subtle that it cannot be felt or seen because the profile sits below the level of the surface. When the surface is wet these shallow indentations fill with water, the water is then squeezed out from the pressure of the foot on the surface turning them into thousands of suction cups that act like a vacuum on the sole of the shoe creating a grip that will stop you from slipping.

This simple treatment significantly increases the coefficient of friction and dramatically reduces the problem of dangerous slippery surfaces when wet. Treatment time is usually for only 10-20 minutes depending on surface material and then is simply rinsed away with cold water. Surface is ready to use immediately with minimal disruption and will be typically effective for up to 5 years with one application.
